Cancellation Policy

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks/months ago. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

cancellations (barring illness or extreme circumstances) inside of this 24-hour window will result in a fee of $50.

No Shows may be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appointments made within 24 hours and need to cancel, may result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
