Confirmations

Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks or months ago.

Cancellations

We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, so we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Cancellations inside that 24-hour window — barring illness or extreme circumstances — result in a $50 fee.

If you book an appointment within 24 hours of the visit and then need to cancel, that may result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.

No-shows

No-shows may be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
