You book a block of my full attention, and inside it we do whatever your body actually needs that day: soft tissue work, adjustment, or both. Same price either way, decided in the room, together.

How a visit works
She assesses
Every visit starts with hands and questions: where it hurts, what it's connected to, and what's changed since last time.
She treats
Soft tissue, adjustment, or both — chosen in the room based on what your body shows, never on what a menu lists.
You leave with a plan
What was found, what was done, and what to do before the next visit — including when the honest answer is not to book one.
Why time-based pricing is better for you
It removes the incentive to pad visits with billable procedures, and it removes the awkwardness of not knowing what your visit will cost. You know the price when you book. It also means treatment decisions are clinical decisions — made because something will help, never because it's on the menu.
Payment, plainly
Mend Health is a direct-pay practice: card or HSA/FSA at the time of visit, and a clear receipt. If you'd like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement, a superbill is available for you to submit to your insurer.
